At the edge of the Thau lagoon, the Coqui Thau team welcomes you in the heart of its oyster farm where a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooks the lagoon and stands next to the production machines.
After a few explanations on its methods of breeding the Thau oyster, you will be able to taste its raw or gratinated shellfish and, of course, its famous 'brasucade' with salsa sauce...
The special Coqui Thau oyster raised between sky and lagoon at the rhythm of false tide, will surprise you with its flesh content and its so particular crunchiness.
