Guided tours organized by the tourist office:

- A unique history: listen to the history of 'The Queen of Mediterranean beaches'. This guided walk through the heart of the town takes in both the first fishing village on the left bank and the charming summer residence area on the right bank; not forgetting the quaysides, the connecting link of the resort. Local history from the 18th to the 21st century is packed with stories which together make up the bigger picture. The tour lasts 2 hours.

- Discovery of the Palavas' heritage, between canal and lagoons: man, animal and plant life has depended on the canals (the Lez canal, the canal from Rhône to Sète), lagoons, "roubines", "graus"... for many centuries. Follow a guide and discover these unexpected fragile treasures in order to recognize, understand and preserve them. You'll come back relaxed and delighted after this exchange with Nature. The tour lasts 2 hours and a half.

- Meeting with fishermen: The meaning of life in Palavas is fishing. The first fishing community settled here at the end of the 18th century. Since then, generations succeed, animate the canal and the quays, maintain a dense local culture. Try an original experience by getting to know Palavasian fishermen. They will tell you about their fishing techniques, how they work, their past, their future... maybe, other things! The tour lasts 1:30 hour.
