Spirulina aquaculture farm located in Montoulieu, near Ganges, at the foot of the Cévennes.
Here, Florent and Kevin cultivate this micro-algae in shallow basins in greenhouses from April to October, explain its production method and inform you about its benefits: spirulina feeds, detoxifies and stimulates the immune system.
The aim of their adventure is to offer a healthy food that is complementary to our daily diet, and to encourage direct contact with consumers who can obtain quality spirulina locally, by participating in local and sustainable agriculture.
