DOMAINE DE SAUZET WINE ESTATE

wine | SAINT-BAUZILLE DE PUTOIS

Half an hour north of Montpellier, the Montoulieu valley is a paradise for vines and olive trees. Situated in the heart of this valley, at the foot of the Demoiselles cave (an exceptional 3-star classified site), the Domaine de Sauzet is one of the oldest wine estates in the region, a pioneer in the cultivation of vines and vinification in private wineries.
In a very complex clay-limestone soil, the well-drained hillside vines seem happy in their soil, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by scrubland and olive trees.
We cultivate our difference which does not leave one indifferent, with small plots, small yields and small vintages... and a lot of work for your greatest pleasure.
