wine | BRISSAC
In the foothills of the Cévennes, in the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, the Domaine des Caizergues wine estate has woven its history around ancestral know-how. Wine growing first began in the 11th century, followed by silk production during the golden age of sericulture in Languedoc. With the greatest respect for its terroir and heritage, the Domaine's team strives to create authentic wines to be discovered in the sales cellar set up in the former chapel of the estate.
