At Olargues, situated on the 64th steps of the Commanderie, which are hewn from solid rock, this museum evokes the history of local life and presents a collection of tools of traditional crafts (blacksmith, shoemaker, cook, washerwoman, chestnut cultivator...) prehistoric archaeologic fragments, a collection of weapons of the medieval period, and an exhibition of minerals of the Olargues region.
