The Domaine des Aires wine estate is a private winery located on the 'Muscat de Lunel' appellation which is a sweet wine produced with 'muscat' grapes exclusively small grain grown on rocky hillsides.
The estate also produces dry and mellow 'muscat', the 'carthagène' from the same grape variety, red and rosé wine from several grape varieties (grenache, syrah, cinsault and merlot).
