FAUGERES GRAIN MILLS

Fully restored 16th century working grain mill in Faugères. A botanical trail with medicinal and aromatic plants leads from the car park to the windmill. On top of one of the towers, a stone carved panoramic table provides a 360° panoramic view and close to the windmills are several "carabelles", curious dry-stone buildings, formerly shepherds shelters, restored by the "Pierres Sèches" association.
